Survey

Hi everyone. Please, please, please fill out the attached survey and tell us the truth about what you thought of the weekend. Next year we are expecting 60-80 families and we need to know how to improve and what worked and did not. Honestly, we are not taking anything personally. I have my own thoughts on what could be better for next year...it is a learning process. So please fill out the survey and e-mail it to me at murielcollison@hotmail.com

Thanks

Since we only officially went to the luncheon, we cannot comment on much - except that we enjoyed our time. We did have 2 ideas - in case you didn't do this for the rest of the time- If you did, ignore me:
1. Perhaps there could be a centrally located bulletin board with a section naming each family (with a photo & contact info like room number, etc.) who is present for the event weekend. And people can leave messages for each other - saying hi and where to meet up and when. I missed out on locating a few families because I didn't know they were there and some families lost each other's cell numbers, etc.

2. Maybe at the main luncheon, you can have each family take 20 seconds at the podium to say who they are, and what region they adopted from. That way everyone knows who is in the room. We found that it was hard to know because there were so many kids running around, etc., who was from where and what regions.

Just some thoughts. Great job!
